Amman: Police on Monday arrested a 20-year-old woman for killing her father with a sharp object in Hittin refugee camp. The incident occurred on Sunday evening following a family dispute, in which the girl stabbed her father, who later succumbed to his wounds, according to the Public Security Directorate's media spokesperson. The scene was of the attack was promptly secured and the girl was taken into custody, he said, adding that the victim's body was transferred to the forensic medicine center and the case was referred to the judiciary for further investigation.
