Jerusalem: Israeli forces today demolished two Palestinian-owned barracks in the Wadi Qaddum area of the Silwan neighborhood, in East Jerusalem.
According to Palestine News and Information Agency - WAFA, Israeli forces stormed Wadi Qaddum and proceeded to demolish the barracks belonging to Jerusalemite Hani Al-Salaymeh, under the pretext that they lacked an Israeli-issued permit.
During the operation, a young Palestinian man was detained by Israeli forces. The forces also fired stun grenades at residents, but no injuries were reported.
