The Energy Police Forces arrested two suspects for smuggling petroleum products and seized their two vehicles in Nineveh and Dhi Qar. The Energy Police Directorate stated in a statement: The detachments of the First and Seventh Energy Police Brigades in the governorates of Nineveh and Dhi Qar arrested two suspects for smuggling petroleum products and seized their two vehicles, type (tank), for violations. They were detained and the two vehicles were seized to complete the investigations based on Law No. (41) of (2008) on combating the smuggling of oil and its derivatives.
