Baghdad, The President of the Spanish La Liga, Javier Tebas, arrived this Monday afternoon, in Baghdad to attend El Clásico between Al-Quwa Al-Jawiya and Al-Zawraa and the opening of the La Liga headquarters in Baghdad.
