The Qatari men's beach volleyball team, consisting of the duo Ahmed Tejan and Sherif Younis were ranked 14th in the global classification that was recently issued by FIVB. The team collected 5,800 points reaped from the recent participation in international tournaments over the past period, with the Swedish duo David Ahlmann and Jonatan Hellvig toping the world rankings with 8,140 points, followed by the Brazilian duo with 7,640 points. The Qatari men's beach volleyball team (Cherif Younousse and Ahmed Tijan) ranked 12th in the Olympic classification, thus capturing the direct qualification card to participate in the forthcoming Olympic Games Paris 2024.
