A statement by the Ministry of Defense said: "The Iraqi Ministries of Defense and Foreign Affairs call on our fellow citizens inside and outside Iraq who have information about the supposed burial sites of missing Iraqis and Kuwaitis inside Iraqi or Kuwaiti territory, as a result of the Second Gulf War in 1991, to provide it by calling the numbers and email below, and a financial reward will be allocated to those who provide useful information.
