The Islamic Resistance announced targeting the Elania base with a missile salvo. It said in a statement: "In support of our steadfast Palestinian people in the Gaza Strip and in support of their valiant and honorable resistance, and in defense of Lebanon and its people, and in response to the barbaric Israeli invasion of cities, villages and civilians, the Mujahideen of the Islamic Resistance targeted the Elania base at 17:53 today, Tuesday, with a missile salvo and achieved accurate hits."
