Egyptian President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi issued a presidential decree to terminate the service of a number of advisors to the President of the Republic. The text of the decision No. 292 of 2024, to terminate the service of 11 advisors in the Egyptian presidency, as of the beginning of last August, and it appears at the bottom of the decision that President El-Sisi approved it on July 13. The decision included prominent names, such as Lieutenant General Mohab Mamish, former Chairman of the Suez Canal Authority and Advisor to the President for Suez Canal Axis and Seaports Projects, in addition to Mohsen Mahmoud Al-Salawi, Advisor to the President for Follow-up since 2015, and former Minister of Interior Ahmed Mohamed Gamal El-Din, Advisor to the President for Remote and Border Areas, who has been working as an advisor to the presidency since 2014. The decision also included: Mohamed Amr Heiba, former Chairman of the Administrative Control Authority and Advisor to the President for Anti-Corruption Affairs, Maj or General Magdy Mohamed Abdel Ghaffar, former Minister of Interior and Advisor to the President for Anti-Terrorism Affairs since 2018, Abdel Aziz Mohamed Seif El-Din, former Chairman of the Arab Organization for Industrialization and Advisor to the President for Technological Development, and Mohamed Erfan Gamal El-Din, former Chairman of the Administrative Control Authority and Advisor to the President for Governance and Digital Transformation. The decision also included presidential advisors Mustafa Sabour, Mohamed Hegazy Abdel Mawgoud Manaz'a, Hassan Abdel Shafi Ahmed Abdel Ghani, and military advisor Ali Fahmy Mohamed Ali.
