A Palestinian young man was shot and injured tonight in renewed confrontations that erupted following an Israeli army intrusion into the al-Arroub refugee camp. Local sources said that Israeli occupation soldiers fired live bullets and tear gas canisters toward residents and their homes, shooting and injuring a 26-year-old youth in the thigh. The Palestinian Red Crescent ambulance reported that it was forced to transfer the youth to a hospital in Bethlehem as a result of the Israeli occupation's closure of roads leading to Hebron. Several people were treated at the scene from tear gas suffocation. Source: Palestine News and Information Agency – WAFA
