Salfit: The Israeli occupation authorities announced on Monday the seizure of 546 dunums of Palestinian residents' land northeast of Salfit. Head of Yasuf village council, Wael Abu Madi, stated that the occupation has issued an expropriation order to seize the land in the villages of Yasuf, Marda, Kifl Haris, and Jamma'in. According to Palestine News and Information Agency - WAFA, the land is being appropriated to expand the Israeli Bypass Road No. 505. The planned extension is set to run from the Za'atra checkpoint to the roundabout in Kifl Haris.
