Ramallah: Israeli occupation forces have closed the Ein Siniya checkpoint and heightened security measures at the Atara checkpoint, located north of Ramallah, causing significant disruptions in the area.
According to Palestine News and Information Agency – WAFA, Israeli soldiers shut the iron gate at the entrance to Ein Siniya, a move that has affected local traffic and access. Concurrently, military personnel have increased their presence at the Atara checkpoint, where they conducted extensive inspections of vehicles and thorough searches of individuals. This has resulted in a severe traffic jam, with dozens of vehicles held for inspection, significantly impacting the daily lives of citizens in the vicinity.
