The Federal Police arrested a young man who stabbed his father to death, due to family disputes, south of Baghdad. The Federal Police explained in a statement: "A drunk young man committed a heinous crime, stabbing his father (9) times with a knife, which led to his death, in Al-Zafaraniya area." It added: "A force from the Federal Police surrounded the scene of the incident and arrested the perpetrator with the murder weapon. He was handed over to the competent authorities to complete the investigative and legal procedures against him." Source: National Iraqi News Agency
