A member of the Supreme Political Council, Sultan Al-Sami'i, inaugurated on Sunday in Sana'a the Borouge Family-Ex 2024, which is organized over ten days by the Borouge Yemen Foundation for Marketing and Organizing Exhibitions under the supervision of the Ministry of Industry and Trade. Al-Sami'i, along with the Minister of Culture in the caretaker government, Abdullah Al-Kibsi, and the Deputy Minister of Industry and Trade, Ahmed Mohammed Al-Shoutri, toured the sections and pavilions of the exhibition, in which more than 90 companies and institutions participate and includes various national food products and the products of productive families. At the opening, the member of the Supreme Political Council stressed the importance of holding exhibitions to strengthen the partnership between the consumer and the merchant, marketing products and providing discount offers to the public. He considered these exhibitions an economic development message that encourages local production to achieve self-sufficiency. He praised the efforts of the Borouge Foundation Yemen and all institutions, companies and parties participating in the establishment of the exhibition, stressing that Yemen has all the ingredients that enable it to advance in all fields and will proceed with steady and accelerated steps with the efforts of all its sons in the process of construction and development. For his part, Ali Al-Sharif, Director of Borouge Yemen Foundation for Marketing and Organizing Exhibitions, pointed out that the exhibition contributes to supporting local products and productive families on the road to achieving self-sufficiency and supporting the national economy.
