Amman: Foreign Minister Ayman Safadi and Secretary of State Anthony Blinken Sunday discussed efforts to secure a ceasefire in Gaza and deliver aid to the embattled enclave. Safadi and Blinken discussed, in a phone call, the developments in occupied Jerusalem and the "need" to respect the existing historical situation there in the city.
