Massive student march in Hodeida celebrates Prophet’s birth

HODEIDA - SABA: Hodeida on Monday witnessed a grand student march, featuring students from al-Mina, al-Hawak, and al-Hali districts to celebrate the anniversary of the Prophet Muhammad's birth. The city's streets were filled with students carrying green flags and Muhammadan banners, showcasing their joy and deep reverence for the Prophet. The event, organized by the education sector, featured chants of love for the Prophet, emphasizing adherence to his guidance and the importance of unity in confronting adversaries of Islam. Province First undersecretary Ahmed al-Bishri highlighted the significance of this celebration in reinforcing identity and devotion to the Quranic culture and the Prophet's teachings. Al-Bishri described the day as a pivotal moment to connect with the Prophet's legacy, which symbolizes the transition from darkness to light and from falsehood to truth. He expressed pride in the strong displays of cultural and religious adherence seen in the celebrations and stressed the need to conti nue glorifying the Prophet through diverse festive activities. He encouraged leveraging the occasion to deepen societal values and morals reflective of the Prophet's teachings. Local and educational leaders commended the students' enthusiasm and commitment to commemorating this important occasion.
