Gaza, May 8 - A number of Palestinians were killed, and many others were injured, as a result of Israeli occupation warplanes and artillery bombardment of areas in Gaza and Rafah. seven Palestinians were martyred and others wounded, as a result of bombing by warplanes targeting a group of citizens in the vicinity of the Al Ibaki Mosque in the Al Daraj neighborhood, east of Gaza City. They were taken to the Baptist Hospital in the city, Palestinian WAFA news agency reported. A number of Palestinians were also killed , and a number of others were injured, after a house belonging to the Radhi family was targeted in the new camp, west of Nuseirat, in the central Gaza Strip. In Rafah, a young man was martyred as a result of Israeli occupation artillery shelling areas east of the city, south of the Gaza Strip. The bombing also targeted the municipality building in the center, and military plane destroyed several sites in the vicinity of the Eastern Cemetery, the vicinity of the Rafah crossing, and the Al-Salam n eighborhood area east of it.
