Jordan's Foreign Minister Ayman Al Safadi discussed Thursday with his Luxembourg counterpart Xavier Bettel, who is currently visiting Jordan, the latest developments in the region, the efforts made to stop the Israeli aggression on Gaza, the dangerous escalation witnessed by the region and the steps required to stop it, and protect the security and stability of the region from the danger of expanding war. Al Safadi said during a press conference with the Luxembourg Foreign Minister that Jordan will not allow anyone to turn it into a battlefield. He stressed that Israel must bear responsibility, as it cannot continue killing and assassination and endanger the future of the region. For his part, the Luxembourg Foreign Minister stressed that his country believes in settling the Palestinian issue according to the two-state solution, and ending the war waged by Israel on the Gaza Strip.
