Amman: Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, Maj. Gen. Yousef Huneiti on Tuesday received the UK Defence Senior Adviser for the Middle East Air Marshal Martin "Sammy" Sampson, and the accompanying delegation. During the meeting held at Jordanian Armed Forces (JAF)'s General Command, Huneiti discussed with the UK delegation the current developments at the regional and international levels. Talks also went over aspects of joint cooperation and coordination in various military operational, training and logistical fields to serve interests of the two countries' armed forces, according to a JAF statement.
