The Executive Center for Mine Action renewed its warning to citizens in Hodeida governorate and the rest of the governorates, against approaching mines, cluster bombs, and remnants of aggression that were swept away by the floods to separate areas. The center confirmed in a statement received by Saba that these remnants, which were washed away by the floods from contaminated sites to residential and agricultural areas, represent an additional threat to civilians in light of the continued heavy rains and torrential rains that Hodeidah and other governorates witnessed during the past hours. The center called on farmers and shepherds of sheep and camels in valleys, farms, deserts, and areas near the population in the city of Hodeidah contaminated with these wastes not to tamper with them, and if foreign objects washed away by the floods are found to their areas, inform the center's operations on the following numbers: (777666519) WhatsApp, or call the number (01835882). The statement pointed out that the team s of the Executive Center for Mine Action are working in coordination with the rest of the authorities on an ongoing basis to protect citizens in all areas affected by floods and others.
