RAMALLAH: Today, Sunday, the weather in Palestine is generally cloudy and moderate in mountainous areas, relatively hot in other regions, with temperatures rising notably by about 6 degrees Celsius above the annual average, according to the Palestinian Meteorological Department. Winds are expected light to moderate, blowing from the east and northeast, and sea waves are low. Tomorrow, Monday, the weather is expected to be partly cloudy to cloudy with a drop in temperatures. Starting early in the morning, the country will experience unstable weather conditions, with rain forecasted across various regions. Rain intensity is expected to increase in the evening and night hours, accompanied by thunderstorms and occasional hailstorms. On Tuesday, the country is likely to will be affected by a low-pressure system accompanied by a cold air mass, resulting in another significant drop in temperatures, around 5 degrees Celsius below the annual average. Heavy rainfall is anticipated, accompanied by thunderstorms and o ccasional hailstorms. Weather on Wednesday is expected to be cloudy to partly cloudy, with scattered showers across different regions. Rainfall chances will diminish in the evening and night hours, while temperatures are expected to rise slightly, remaining about 2 degrees Celsius below the annual average. People are warned about the risk of floods and flash floods in valleys and low-lying areas, strong winds, slippery roads, and reduced horizontal visibility.
