Commander of the Royal Navy of the Sultanate of Oman Rear Admiral Saif bin Nasser Al Rahbi met today with Operation Commander of the European Union's Naval Mission Rear Admiral Vasileios Gryparis and the military delegation accompanying him, who is visiting the Sultanate of Oman.
