NEW YORK: United Nations Special Rapporteur on the Occupied Palestinian Territories Francesca Albanese said that 'a Palestinian state already exists,' adding Israel is practicing 'apartheid' against the Palestinians and becoming more 'brutal and sadistic' towards its victims every day.
