Two Lebanese army personnel were killed and three others wounded in an Israeli raid on an army center in southern Lebanon. The Lebanese army said in a statement Friday that the Israeli entity's targeting of an army center in Kafra town resulted in two deaths and three injuries. Lebanon has been subjected to Israeli aggression since October 2023, but in recent days the Israeli army has increased the pace of air and artillery bombardment in an unprecedented manner, and expanded the scope of its targeting to extend to the capital Beirut, killing and wounding thousands of Lebanese, in addition to forcing more than a million people to flee their homes.
