Prime Minister Mohammed Shia al-Sudani stressed the importance of speed in delivering relief supplies to our Lebanese people. Al-Sudani's media office stated that "Prime Minister Mohammed Shia al-Sudani received, today, Monday, the head of the Iraqi Red Crescent Society, Yassin al-Maamouri. During the meeting, according to the statement: The procedures and joint coordination with the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies, as well as with relief organizations in Lebanon, were discussed, for the purpose of delivering aid and relief supplies to Lebanese citizens affected by the ongoing Zionist aggression on Lebanon." The Prime Minister stressed "the necessity of adhering to the directives issued in this regard, for the sake of coordination and speed in delivering relief supplies to our brotherly Lebanese people."
