The Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Naeem Al-Aboudi, received the Dean of the Dutch Institute (IHE Delf) specializing in water sciences, Professor Adi Morris, and his accompanying delegation, and they discussed developing scientific and research cooperation. During the meeting, the Minister of Education called for developing cooperation in water sciences and training fields to meet challenges and enhance joint scientific research. He pointed out the importance of developing training programs and academic opportunities for Iraqi students and researchers in relevant disciplines through specialized programs, pointing at the same time to the possibility of attracting international students to Iraqi universities within the 'Study in Iraq' program.
