Istanbul: The head of the Turkish Intelligence Service, Ibrahim Kalin, discussed with the head of the Hamas Political Bureau, Ismail Haniyeh, the course of negotiations aimed at achieving a ceasefire in Gaza. Turkish media sources reported that Kalin discussed in a phone call with Haniyeh the stage reached by the ceasefire negotiations in Gaza, and the steps that must be taken to ensure a permanent ceasefire, the exchange of prisoners, and the delivery of humanitarian aid to the region.
