SANA'A - SABA: A new decree has been issued by the President of the Supreme Political Council, appointing five new judges to the Supreme Court. The decree, numbered 22 for the year 1446 AH, introduces the following appointments: 1. Judge Ahmed Yahya al-Mutawakel 2. Judge Dr. Abdulmalik Thabet al-Aghbari 3. Judge Dr. Mohammed Mohammed al-Dailami 4. Judge Ahmed Ali al-Shahari 5.
