Gaza: Seven civilians were killed and dozens were injured on Monday due to Israeli airstrikes targeting different areas in the Gaza Strip. According to Palestine News and Information Agency - WAFA, medical sources reported that five individuals lost their lives and several others were injured in Israeli airstrikes targeting a gathering of citizens in the Jabalia al-Nazla area, located in the northern part of the Strip. In a separate incident, two civilians were killed and others sustained injuries from an Israeli bombing near a group of citizens gathered in front of the Indonesian Hospital gate, also in the northern region of the Strip. Additionally, artillery fire from Israeli forces targeted displaced individuals in the al-Manshiya neighborhood and the vicinity of shelters in the town of Beit Lahia, as well as the Tal al-Zaatar area in the Jabalia camp, causing further injuries and casualties. Local health authorities have confirmed that the Palestinian death toll from the ongoing Israeli offensive, which began on October 7, 2023, has reached 44,211, with 104,567 individuals reported injured. The majority of these casualties are women and children.
