Ramallah: The total number of arrests carried out by the Israeli occupation forces in the West Bank since Oct. 7, has risen to 8,100 detainees. In a joint statement, Palestinian Prisoners Society and Palestinian Commission of Detainees and Ex-Detainees Affairs said that the occupation forces detained at least 15 Palestinians in the West Bank since last night, including two previously detained women and a child. The statement added that the arrests took place in the governorates of Jerusalem, Hebron, Ramallah, Bethlehem, and Jenin. It elaborated that the occupation forces carry out widespread raids and harassment during their arrest campaigns, along with beatings, threats against detainees and their families, direct shooting with the aim of killing, in addition to widespread sabotage and destruction of Palestinian homes.
