Saihoud Discusses With The President Of The Republic The Importance Of Expediting The Legislation Of The National Council Of Iraqi Tribes And Clans Act

Deputy Chairman of the Parliamentary Awqaf and Clans Committee, Muhammad Saadoun Al-Saihoud, discussed with the President of the Republic, Abdul Latif Rashid, the importance of expediting the legislation of the National Council of Iraqi Tribes and Clans Law.

Al-Saihoud mentioned in a statement that he met with the President of the Republic and during the meeting they discussed the importance of sending a draft law on the National Council of Iraqi Tribes and Clans for the purpose of speeding up its legislation because of its great importance in achieving security and stability and emphasizing that the legislation of the law will allow the clans to take their real role in dispute resolution and reconciliation in accordance with the law.

Al-Saihoud said: During the meeting, the importance of investing in political and societal stability was discussed, and the political blocs were urged to support the service government, which accelerates the pace in order to provide services, improve the standard of living, and fight corruption of all kinds.
