Makkah: The "Towards Mina" initiative in Mina was implemented by the Royal Commission for Makkah City and Holy Sites (RCMC), represented by its executive arm, Kidana Development Company. This project involves installing indicative signs on the main and secondary roads, facilitating pilgrims' navigation to the Jamarat and back to the camps.
