Ramallah: The Republic of Peru has reiterated its firm rejection and opposition to any form of forced displacement imposed on the Palestinian people.
According to Palestine News and Information Agency – WAFA, a statement issued by the Embassy of Peru in Palestine emphasized the country’s commitment to defending human rights and respecting international humanitarian law. Peru declared its opposition to any kind of forced displacement affecting the Palestinian population.
The statement further highlighted Peru’s dedication to achieving lasting peace in the Middle East through a two-state solution. Peru advocates for a negotiated resolution that would lead to a final political settlement between Israel and Palestine, in line with international legitimacy and relevant United Nations resolutions.
