Baghdad, Rapid Response Division forces arrested two wanted persons on drug charges, in their possession of unlicensed weapons in Maysan. A statement by the Division stated: 'A force from the Fourth Brigade, affiliated with the Rapid Response Division Command in the Ministry of the Interior, arrested two people wanted in accordance with the provisions of Article 28 of Drugs, and seized in their possession narcotic substances, unlicensed weapons, and hand grenades, in the Police and Al-Majjar Al-Kabeer neighborhood in Maysan Governorate.' It explained: 'The operation was carried out in cooperation with the Directorate for Combating Narcotics and Psychotropic Substances in the governorate, and in coordination with the Rapid Response Intelligence Department, and the wanted persons and the seized items were delivered to the requesting party.'
