Doha: May 05 - Qatar National Library (QNL) will hold a lineup of events and activities in its pavilion at the 33rd Doha International Book Fair (DIBF). The DIBF will be held at the Doha Exhibition and Convention Center from May 9 - 18. The activities will include: an interactive social media picture-taking and heritage filter selecting activity, an escape room involving working out proverbs and puzzles, a virtual reality tour of the library, a journey with dinosaurs, and a space exploration trip. Moreover, participants will embark on a journey to learn about the Arab and Moroccan traveler Mohammad bin Abdullah Al Tanji, more commonly known as Ibn Battuta, in addition to an activity through which participants will explore the treasures of the Heritage Library's collection, including its rare pictures, books, manuscripts, documents and maps that tell the stories of ancient cities visited by Ibn Battuta.
