Doha, July 31 (QNA) - QatarDebate, in cooperation with the Arabic Language Studies and Debate Center at the Fatih Sultan Mehmet University, organized a demonstration debate on the issue of setting an upper age limit for political position candidacy. In a press release, QatarDebate added that the demonstration debate was followed by a discussion session about debaters' experience in international tournaments and their role in developing debaters' skills in dialogue, discussion, learning, competing, teamwork, and critical thinking, among other social skills. QatarDebate also organized the Adjudicators Academy event at Ibn Haldun University over three days, with the participation of 20 trainees from various Turkish universities, to qualify certified debate judges to participate in local and international tournaments.
