Gaza: The State of Qatar has voiced strong condemnation against the Israeli occupation's bombing of a school affiliated with the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees (UNRWA) in the Al-Shati Refugee Camp, Gaza Strip. The school was serving as a shelter for displaced individuals. According to Palestine News and Information Agency - WAFA, Qatar's Ministry of Foreign Affairs released a statement on X, highlighting the attack's consequences, which resulted in casualties and injuries. The ministry characterized the bombing as part of a broader policy by the occupation targeting civilians and civilian infrastructure, violating international law and humanitarian principles. The statement further warned about the grave implications of Israeli legislative moves to restrict UNRWA's operations, including its educational services in Palestinian territories, following recent approvals of bills by the Israeli Knesset that limit the agency's activities.
