RAMALLAH: In response to the American statements about the Israeli aggression on the Gaza Strip, the latest of which was that the United States of America will not stop supplying Israel with weapons, and that the rules do not apply to it, the official spokesman for the Palestinian presidency, Nabil Abu Rudeineh, said that these clear American positions in supporting the occupation with money and weapons contribute to the continuation of the Israeli aggression. He added that this policy is rejected and condemned, and means American participation in the aggression against the Palestinian people and their rights, and a challenge to dozens of resolutions issued by the UN Security Council and international law. He further urged the U.S. to reconsider its stance, emphasizing that as long as it continues to supply weapons to Israel, it bears responsibility for the ongoing aggression against the Palestinian population and their right to establish an independent state with East Jerusalem as its capital Source: Pal estine news & Information Agency - WAFA
