Political Affairs Minister meets ANDE election observation mission

Minister of Political and Parliamentary Affairs, Haditha Khraisha, underlined that everyone is a partner in the political modernization process and that its success depends on coordinated efforts through participation in the parliamentary elections on Tuesday, so motivating citizens to choose their representatives on bases and programs that satisfy their aspirations and needs in an unbiased and transparent manner. In a meeting on Monday with the Arab Network for Democratic Elections (ANDE) mission to observe the upcoming elections, Khraisha underscored the significance of the ministry's previous efforts to inform the public about the laws governing political life and motivate them to participate in the 2024 election. The election and party regulations, he continued, improve the prospects of women and young people entering the next parliament. For their part, members of the ANDE mission explained that their organization aims to improve the electoral process and promote transparency, democratic values, and human rights in Arab countries.
