A meeting in Amran Governorate, chaired by Governor Dr. Faisal Jaaman, discussed on Tuesday the plan for the year 1446 AH in the development, service, agricultural, educational and health aspects. The meeting, which included the Chairman of the Services Committee in the governorate's locality, Ahmed Al-Siddiq, and the directors general of planning, the executive unit, education, works, finance, and the technical unit, reviewed the programs and activities of service offices according to the priority of development and service projects. The meeting touched on the report of the Director of the Planning Office in the governorate, Muhammad Al-Wadi'i, on the matrix of the executive plan for the year 1446 AH in various sectors with the completion of the implementation of plans and projects for the year 1445 AH. At the meeting, Governor Jaman stressed the importance of concerted efforts to complete the approved projects and prepare for the implementation of the new projects, in accordance with the specified specif ications, legal procedures and priority for each project at the level of the governorate center and directorates. He pointed to the need to focus in the plan on the agricultural aspect to achieve self-sufficiency and support and encourage community initiatives, as well as expand the maintenance and implementation of the road network, education and health in remote areas. Governor Jaaman stressed the local authority's keenness to support community projects and initiatives, in a way that contributes to improving services and alleviating the suffering of citizens. He stressed the importance of coordination and integration of efforts between the executive authorities, the local authority and community committees with regard to preparing plans for service and development projects to improve the level of performance in various sectors.
