Nablus: A Palestinian young man was shot and injured by Israeli occupation forces today following an attack carried out by colonists on citizens' homes in the town of Beit Furik, east of Nablus. According to Palestine News and Information Agency - WAFA, the Palestinian Red Crescent Society reported that its crews dealt with a 32-year-old man who was injured by live bullets in the thigh following the assault, and he was later transferred to the hospital for medical treatment. Beit Furik Mayor Hussein Hajj Muhammad stated that a group of Israeli colonists attacked citizens' homes on the outskirts of the al-Dubbat neighborhood in the town, and the residents confronted them, amidst the firing of intensive live bullets. It is noteworthy that dozens of colonists attacked the town of Beit Furik and the same area last Saturday, where they set fire to several Palestinian vehicles and agricultural rooms.
