Industry and Trade Office in the Capital Secretariat destroyed 11 tons and 740 grams of expired foodstuffs unfit for human consumption. Director of the Industry Office in the secretariat, Majed Al-Sada, explained to the Yemeni News Agency (Saba) that the destruction process was carried out in accordance with legal procedures, and with the participation of Industry and Trade Prosecution member , indicating that the destroyed materials included yogurt, two injections, and various juices. He stressed the continuation of field monitoring campaigns carried out by the Industry Office and its branches in the directorates, on food materials and commodities, controlling prices , commercial violations, confiscating and destroying expired materials.
