The head of the Social Affairs Committee in the Capital Secretariat Local Council, Hamoud Al-Naqeeb, opened today the fourteenth charitable Eid Clothing Exhibition for the Poor and Needy in Ma'in District. The exhibition, which is implemented by the Diamond Foundation for Development in partnership with the Family Development Foundation, targets 500 cases of poor and needy families by distributing clothes to their families of different ages on the occasion of Eid al-Adha. Al-Naqeeb, along with the Director of Organizations and Associations in the Secretariat, Nabil Rajih, listened from the head of the foundation, Taha Al-Radhi, to an explanation about all the charitable activities and projects implemented by the foundation to help poor and needy families, including the charitable kitchen that provides meals to about 300 families on Fridays on a permanent basis. The head of the Social Affairs Committee praised this charitable initiative and the distribution of Eid clothing to bring joy to the souls of poor and needy families.. appreciating the efforts of the foundation and its implementation of humanitarian activities and projects and the contribution of benefactors in providing support and assistance to the poor.
