Accompanied by Ibrahim Abu Kharfsha, director of the district, Abdulwahhab Sinan, Financial Affairs Representative of the Interventions Unit in the governorate, and Sharaf Al-Madoumi from the Executive Unit for Projects, the officials reviewed the severe impact of recent floods. The floods had caused significant road blockages, swept away agricultural lands, and disrupted citizen mobility. Both al-Hakim and al-Shami highlighted the commitment of the governor and the interventions unit to restoring accessibility by clearing blocked roads and mitigating the flood damage. In response to the crisis, al-Shami directed the provision of diesel and equipment to facilitate road repairs and ease the suffering of affected residents. The inspection a ligns with the directives of the Deputy Prime Minister, the Minister of Finance, and underscores the Interventions Unit's commitment to supporting local authorities in addressing the disaster's aftermath.
