There will not be an extension of the unified admission application period for enrollment in public universities and colleges for the academic year 2024-2025, the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research said on Tuesday. The ministry's spokesperson, Mohannad Al-Khatib, who also serves as the director of the Unified Admission Coordination Unit, announced that the deadlines for submitting applications to be enrolled in the bachelor's stage and the intermediate diploma stage are set for Wednesday and Thursday, respectively, at 12 pm. He urged students who had not yet submitted applications or paid the application fee to do so as soon as possible and before the deadline. Al-Khatib also urged students who received a foreign high school diploma from within or outside Jordan to submit their applications during the designated period for submitting unified admission applications, regardless of whether they earned the equivalency certificate. In the event that they did not obtain it, the expected average is entered, and they must later upload a copy of the equivalency certificate issued by the Ministry of Education to approve their enrollment applications after verification, emphasizing that no unified admission applications will be accepted after this date. He pointed out that all students wishing to make any changes to their application (previously stored options) can access the software at any time, around the clock, during the specified period of the application process.
