The Israeli occupation forces (IOF) detained at least 20 Palestinians from the West Bank, including a child and former detainees, in the past 24 hours. In a joint statement, Palestinian Commission of Detainees and Ex-Detainees Affairs and the Palestinian Prisoners' Society (PPS) said that that the detentions took place across most of the West Bank governorates, accompanied by widespread raids and destruction of governorates, camps and towns, in addition to acts of destruction and vandalism in Palestinians' homes and severe beatings against detainees and their families. Since the beginning of the Israeli occupation's relentless genocide on the Gaza Strip in October 2023, the IOF has arrested more than 10,000 Palestinians in various areas of the West Bank, including Occupied Jerusalem (Al-Quds).
