Karak: Mutah University President, Dr. Salama Naimat, on Thursday, discussed with the Deputy Director of Saif Bin Zayed Academy for Security and Policing Sciences , Brig. Gen. Dr. Rashid Burshid, ways to enhance joint research and academic cooperation. During his visit to the academy's headquarters in the United Arab Emirates (UAE), Naimat learned about its key training and research programs, strategy and institutional development centres, and virtual training-based services. Naimat said the visit featured an integrated program for a number of UAE educational and training institutions, based on the university's keenness to boost its relations with scientific and research bodies at various Arab and foreign levels. Meanwhile, Burshid highlighted the academy's role in raising the level of job performance under field training programs in various police and security fields. Burshid also praised the Jordanian university's academic reputation, as a civil and military destination that has graduated skilled leader s in the military and civilian areas.
