In the Secretariat General's statement issued on Saturday, the League condemned the Israeli occupation forces' continued violation of international law and international legitimacy resolutions. It stressed the gravity of these violations to security and stability in the region and the world, undermining the possibility of a solution and efforts to achieve a just and comprehensive peace in the region. The Israeli occupation government had approved the legalization of five settlement outposts in the West Bank and advanced plans to build thousands of new settlement units throughout the West Bank.
