The National Center for Meteorology and Early Warning expects heavy and variable rainfall accompanied by thunder to continue in most Provinces during the next 24 hours. According to the weather bulletin issued by the center, a copy of which was received by the Yemeni News Agency (Saba), heavy thunderstorms accompanied by hail and descending winds are likely to fall on parts of Sa'ada, Hajjah, Al-Mahwit, Amran, Sana'a, Dhamar, Raymah, Ibb, Taiz, Al-Dhale' provinces, Tihama Plain and the western coasts. Varying intensity thunderstorms are expected in parts of Al-Mahrah, Hadhramaut, Shabwa, Al-Bayda, the highlands of Abyan, Lahj, Al-Jawf and Marib provinces, and scattered rains may fall, sometimes accompanied by thunder, in parts of the deserts and the southern and eastern coasts Thunderstorms ranging from moderate to heavy fell inside and outside the scope of monitoring stations on parts of the mountainous highlands, the interior plateaus, and the southern and eastern coasts. May God make them rains of goodn ess and blessings. The center warned citizens against being in valleys and flood paths, and against thunderstorms, strong winds, falling hail, against the decrease in horizontal visibility on mountain roads due to rainfall , the formation of dense cumulus clouds, against mud and rock collapses. It called on the relevant official authorities to take the necessary measures and procedures to protect lives , property , follow up on the bulletins and reports issued by it.
