BEIRUT: Israeli warplanes conducted over 70 airstrikes across several towns in southern Lebanon and the Bekaa Valley late this evening. The targeted locations included the villages and towns of Mahmoudiyeh, Balat, Kafr Kela, Ain el Kbir, Barghoz, Jabal al-Rihan, Al-Jbour, and the banks of the Litani River in southern Lebanon. Additionally, the towns of Ayn al-Tineh and Maidoun in the western Bekaa region were also struck. The airstrikes were accompanied by extensive overflights of military and reconnaissance aircraft, heightening tensions in the region. Source: Palestine News and Information Agency – WAFA
