Teen Sustains Injury from Israeli Army Fire North of Hebron

Beit ummar: A Palestinian teen on Thursday evening sustained an injury from Israeli army fire in Beit Ummar town, north of the occupied West Bank city of Hebron, according to a media activist.

According to Palestine News and Information Agency - WAFA, Mohammad Awad reported that a convoy of Israeli army vehicles stormed the town. The deployed soldiers prevented the inhabitants from reaching the local mosque for the Isha prayer and opened fire at local youths, injuring a 17-year-old in the foot.

The soldiers even chased the casualty, attempting to detain him. The injured teen was eventually rushed to a hospital for treatment.
